Since he was 5 yrs old, trainer Jacob Waters has been involved in athletics. Combined with an extensive background in martial arts, grappling, football and marathon training, he has the right background to help you achieve your goals. A native of Portland, Oregon, Jacob has been a Bohemian style cyclist his entire life. In 1995, he became certified as a Personal Trainer in San Diego, CA. After moving to Texas, he started Lake Cliff Boot Camp and has helped many happy clients achieve the level of health they desired.
